Here is the first in a series of photos of me and my silly haircuts.
This photo booth portrait was taken in 1983, the year I nearly got a "Southern Death Cult" tattoo. At least hair grows back.
Keeping it up meant using a whole can of hairspray while hanging upside down. A mixture of sugar and water worked nearly as well.
It was hard work shaving around the pointy bits, so I tried painting Immac on my head instead. It sort of worked, but the stinging feeling and the smell of burning hair were awful.
